CERT is a FEMA program, now under Homeland Security, that trains and certifies volunteers as emergency and disaster responders. The WWBC/Lorraine Park Neighborhood Association is proud to be the second Neighborhood in the City of Evansville and also in the three state area of Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky to have a CERT Team.
